Kay and Bill Scheller are veteran travel writers and long-time New England residents who have crisscrossed the region as writers for major magazines and guidebook series.

For many years the Schellers were responsible for Yankee magazines' annual Vermont's Editors' Picks, and have scouted many of New England's seaside communities for Coastal Living magazine. They have been regional editors for Fodors and Insight guides, and co-wrote the National Geographic's Driving Guide to New England. They are the authors of the popular Best Vermont Drives and Best New Hampshire Drives, as well as other regional travel titles.
