On Tuesday, May 9, Cookbook author Christine Burns Rudalevige will be signing copies of Green Plate Special at the Brunswick Inn, 165 Park Row, Brunswick, Maine from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Following the signing, Chef Ali Waks Adams will prepare a 3-course dinner based on recipes from the book between 5:30-8:30 p.m. Price fixe dinner is $40 (excludes tax, alchohol and gratuity).
