Shipping Charges
We ship most orders via the United States Postal Service, but may ship via UPS when deemed appropriate.
The shipping charge for one book is $4.99 for first class mail (typically 3-7 days) to U.S. addresses. Please add .50 cents for each additional book shipped to the same address. Shipping to other countries will require additional shipping charges.

Maine residents please add 5 percent to all orders (excluding shipping charges) for state sales tax.
