About the book
Islandport Press authors Rebecca Rule and Fred Marple and team up to bring laughter, music and assorted nonsense to the historic Barnstormers Theatre in Tamworth, New Hampshire on Saturday, May 24 at 7 p.m. Rebecca Rule, host of Our Hometown on NHPBS, is the author of several books including Headin’ for the Rhubarb, Live Free and East Pie, and her latest work, New Hampshire Trivia. Fred Marple is the unofficial spokesman for the town of Frost Heaves and the author of Welcome to Frost Heaves -- stories, rumors, and absolute lies from the most under-appreciated town in New Hampshire.
After the show they will be signing copies of their books at no extra charge. “Which gives you an idea of the value of our signatures,” Fred notes.
